About Dena Peifer

I was born and raised in Windsor , Canada . Inspired by my musical family, I studied trumpet and voice, for many years. Throughout my life, I have played with a variety of concert and stage bands, and sang with numerous choirs, as well as performing as a soloist.

Interestingly enough, in 1993, my life took an abrupt turn towards a deeper inner calling.

Feeling guided by an inner voice, I was moved to enrol in a massage therapy class. Imagine my surprise, when my first Healing Touch class turned out to be Energy Therapy, instead of massage therapy! Having no knowledge of energy therapy at that time, I had made the assumption that this was a massage class. I quickly learned differently! Knowing deep in my heart, that this was meant to be, I continued to study a variety of different energy therapies. Today I incorporate a blend of modalities in my work, and close each session by singing a song.

Much of my work as a healer has evolved from my own personal healing and development. At this point in my life, one of the ways I continue to grow, improve, educate myself is through my travels. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to travel with “Anchoring The Light Spiritual Tours”, to many sacred sites around the world. (See “anchoringthelight.org” ) It has been an incredible blessing and opportunity, to sing my heart out, in the Great Giza pyramid in Egypt , in an ancient Shiva temple in India , & on the edge of a mountain in Macchu Picchu , Peru .
